The ICCONS Type 17 Hex Head Screw features a coarse thread and EPDM sealing washer, designed for a range of general fastening applications. Ideal for fixing timber or thin steel to timber substrates, this screw eliminates the need for pre-drilling in most cases (some hardwood may require pre-drilling). The sharp, fluted Type 17 point combined with a coarse biting thread ensures excellent timber penetration and drive, allowing for faster and cleaner installations. Available in zinc yellow or Class 4 galvanised finishes, it is suitable for both internal and external use.
