We endeavour to have your item posted either on the day of purchase, or the following working day. Once your item is packed, a tracking number will be automatically updated to your nominated email account to follow your delivery.
Free Shipping Deal:
- Shipping is FREE nationwide for orders totalling $200 or more.
- Just add your items to check out and select the free shipping option that will appear once the combined value of your order exceeds $200.
Shipping Times:
- North Island: 1 to 2 working days after shipping is ordered.
- South Island: 2 to 4 working days after shipping is ordered.
- If you have a rural RD address, you must select the rural shipping option before we can post.
Pick ups
- Please allow 4 working hours after placing your order to collect.
- E.g 10am orders will mostly be available to pick up after 3pm.
- Afternoon/weekend orders will be available after 1pm on the following working day.
- See our office hours for available times.
- Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect.
