Exchanges
Changed your mind on a purchase? We are happy to help.
Non sale items can be returned for an exchange within 10 days of them being delivered. Items must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
To make an exchange:
- Contact us below with your item name, date purchased, and what item/items you would like to exchange with.
- We will be in touch to confirm the exchange, and send through return details.
- If your new item (including shipping) is more than the price of your old item, we will notify you of the difference to be paid.
- For change of mind exchanges, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the items to us. Please consider using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in resalable condition, we will send you out your new item.
Returns
We endeavour to retail products that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match the description provided. We are committed to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and will replace, repair or refund any FIXINZ product that is deemed faulty prior to use.
To make a return:
- Contact us with your item name, date purchased, and the fault at hand.
- We will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm the return.
- We may ask you to send images to confirm the fault.
- We will replace the item or provide you with a refund as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. If we require the item to be sent back, we will send you a prepaid parcel to send back to our address.
- Once we receive the returned item we will make a refund to the same payment method you used to order it.
